You can add another layer of security to your administrator login process by having something you know (your password) AND something you have (a unique and temporary code that appears on your mobile phone)

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?

Pricing is already geared to the nonprofit sector as our clientele are predominately from this sector.

What optional services are available for a one-time fee?

Planning and Configuration Training

  • Option 1 - Video training library – always free
  • Option 2 - Q&A sessions to assist with the video-based: 2 X 30 minutes - €90
  • Option 3 - Immersive hands-on training via web meetings: 2 x 2 hours - €330
  • Option 4 - Immersive hands-on training in person at our London office: 4 hours - €330
  • Option 5 - Immersive hands-on training at your office: 4 hours - €330 + travel costs (detailed on the formal quote / order form)

 

Administrator Training

  • Option 1 - Video training library – always free
